Start at Charing Railway Station and turn right out of the car park, over the railway tracks and the take the private driveway signposted as Greensand Way
Head for Westwell Leacon and on to Leacon Farm, following the Greensand Way
Head for Little Chart Forstal and then on to Little Chart. Opposite the Pub is a church, the footpath leads you through an apple orchard. Half way through, there are three old oak trees, one of which snores at you.
After exiting from orchard follow footpath signs (Greensand Way) through to the next orchard - through Sheerland and on to Pluckley. Either stop at the Black Horse pub or continue on Greensand way on other side of the road to Mundy Bois
Head for Elvey Farm and you literally walk through someone's back Garden on to the Rose and Crown Pub in Mundy Bois
After lunch at the Pub, turn left out of the car park and then right at the junction to Newland Green. Take the footpath to stone Hill and then on to Egerton
From Egerton take the footpath across farmers fields to Chart Court and then on to Little Chart (AGAIN)
From Little Chart head toward Hunger Hatch via Calehill Ho. From here back to Charing is all road walking voa OakOver, Raywood Farm, Coppins Corner back to Charing Railway station
